Joint Ventures - Use Google To Find Them In Your Niche
By: Matt Bacak

How can I create joint venture to sell my seminars and products now? I am in the real estate niche.

Answer: There are multiple ways to find people to participate in joint ventures with you. Following is a powerful method that can find you tons of possible joint venture partners and opportunities.

Joint Venture Method: Go to Google. Search on Google and type "real estate newsletter" and see what results come up. Look at the pay-per-click ads that pop up. These ads will be on the right hand side of the search results under "Sponsors".

Click on the links in those ads and you will go to the pages of people you could possibly joint venture with. Once on their site see if they have a squeeze page with an opt-in box or if it is just a website. You should select sites that have a squeeze page with an opt-in because this means that they are building a list. This list is what you are ultimately looking for in a joint venture. In your case, you want to find people that have real estate lists.

Look for contact information on the selected sites. Then contact these people to set up a joint venture. They will have the kind of targeted list you need.

Don't forget about the free listings in the Google search results as well. These free listings pop up in the middle of the screen of the results page. The free listings are their organic search side.

Also search on Google for "real estate tips", "real estate lists", "real estate ezines", and "real estate e-course". Follow the same steps above to find the contact information of appropriate sites.

When I type in "real estate newsletter" in Google, I came up with over 2 million results. Looking at the results there are a variety of websites to choose from. For example, you can find real estate marketing tips, real estate free catalog, etc. Choose the sites that are most appropriate for your joint venture.

Let's say that you find a website, but there is no contact information. There is a trick you can do to find that information. Go to domaintools and type in the name of the domain. This website will give you the contact information for that domain. This website essentially does the "Who is" look up for you.

There you have it, a powerful method that can snag you tons of joint venture partners. What are you waiting for? Go to Google right now and search for your niche.
